Keep a client open to allow work and you'll get some when they put some WUs in the queue. It's not constant but they do have work occasionally. More than some projects. I've got more than 1800 WUs in the past month. They do take a fair amount of memory and put quite a load on your system. One riig I have that get's work is a i7-3770k w/16GB memory but I can only run 4 WUs at time (along with some other non-boinc programs) else the system get's really bogged down and the WUs run really slow. @Benjamin Haley, sorry about all the invalid WUs. Wouldn't you know, the one machine i have with limited (12GB) memory is the one to get all the WUs :). Some erred out before i got to the machine to save it. Thank goodness for app_configs.
